Singapore in tourism is major industry and contributor to the Singaporean economy attracting 17.4 million international tourist in 2017, more than 3 times of Singapore total population. It is also enviormentally friendly and maintains natural and heritage conservation programs. Along with this, it is also has one of the world's lowest crime rates.As English is the dominant one of its four official languages, it is generally easiest for tourist to understand when speaking to the local population of the country for example when shopping.
Singapore is the 5th most visited city in the world and 2nd in Asia Pacific. Singapore is famous for one of the big film studio, Universal Studios. Based on my personal experience of this beautiful place will share some tips about the Singapore, which may be in some point of time help other people's who want to visit Singapore.
Plan your trip - Best time to visit Singapore is from Feb to April and July to Oct. Plan your trip before 2 months of date of traveling, so you will get best rates for flight and hotels. I planned my trip 3 months before. This trip was not direct from India, it was long 15days trip Delhi to Kualalumpur, Kualalumpur to Bali, Bali to Singapore.
FLIGHTS - There are too many good websites and app from you will get tickets on cheap rates. I booked my overall flights and hotels, visa from makemytrip app.so for Singapore needs return flight tickets. Before booking check the luggage description for the convininent. I booked Air aisa airlines as my flight was from depansar & return tickets Singapore to nagpur which was layover in Chennai.

VISA - Done with bothways flight tickets. Now turn is for Visa. So I applied for my visa 8 days before the date of travel and I got my electronic visa within 3 days. Thanks to makemy trip for this wonderful trip.We was travelling two person, Submitted our passports to Gurgaon make my trip headoffice, our Malaysia visa and Singapore visa both got on time before of our travel dates. No need to show bank statement. Just need to submit address proof if your passport address is different from the residence address. If you Submmited passport in respective areas of makemy trip office on the passport given address it may occur delay in process. So better way to submit passport near by your present address.
HOTEL - Hotel in Singapore is costly as compare to other countries. So my advice booked hotel atleast 2 to 3 months ago, on discounted rates. In Singapore you will get 2 star & 3 star hotel looks like 5 star hotel in a budget. So for my trip I booked brigh tstar hotel which is located in Geylang. Experience was good in hotel ,facilities all provided was good never expect wonderful service from 2nd star hotel. Highly recommend for budget traveller. Near by metro station

Currency exchange- Currency of Singapore is SGD. 1 INR to SGD -0.093 fluctuating rates I converted first 10000 INR and I got around 192 SGD which is sufficient for traveling.
Singapore Changi international Airport - After 2 hour 45 minutes journey we arrived at our destination. Weather was quite good. Airport is awesome. I am sharing some picture of airport. Now the turn for immigration

Immigration - Immigration is easy. Just show the hotel bookings and return tickets of your travel to the immigration officer. Some sort of questions they will ask to cross verification what purpose you visiting in Singapore, which hotel you are staying, how long you will be in Singapore, date of your return tickets. So guys I will tell you before giving your documents you should come to know about all this answers thoroughly.
Airport to hotel- After immigration we went to information center and asked about the Singapore map in that you will get all the details about the places and how to travel in that all places. So we travelled from Metro to our hotel. Metro route for our hotel east west line towards Tanah merah than east west line 2 towards tuas link get down at Aljunied metro station and from there 10 minutes walk. Finally reached out to our hotel.
Singapore's MRT- (Mass rapid transit) system is probably the fastest way to zip around the city. Most of the Singapore attractions are walking distance from MRT. The charges of this MRT Singapore tourist pass (STP) S$20 for three days. So we bought this. The best thing is that when at the end of the journey if you will return this card they will return S$10.So better to take pass for your trip & enjoy the local singhtseeing. It will be valid in buses as well.

Our first day in Singapore - we reached at hotel around 2 pm of Singapore time. After check-in hotel we headed bus from near hotel to Pizzahut and whether was cool, because of raining day.We had our lunch and again. It was 33 minutes journey from our hotel. Merlion park unfortunately when we reached there the big statute of Merlion was under renovation so we walked on the park. The full area was full of lighting and amazing views. This is a major tourist attraction in Singapore located near fullerton, Central Business District.This place is too big so from 3 to 10.30 we was there. Night view of this location was beautiful and amazing. Nice place to take photographs with modern architecture. Some of the pictures are here.

Day 2- Sentosa island
How to reach - walk till metro station horbourfront station- Enter vivo city mall - go to third floor of vivocity mall-purchase sentosa pass which is $4 per person - Board the sentosa express( Monorail) timing is 7.30 to 11.45 pm monorail running in very 5 minutes.
Finally we reached at Vivocity mall than we did some shopping from HM.
